Fans have noticed that ticket prices for Blink-182 concert at Rogers Centre on August 15 have dropped from $350 to $195.
Blink-182 ticket price drop
While some fans regret purchasing tickets before the price drop, some are hopeful that the concert doesn’t end up getting canceled. The band recently canceled their concerts in Kansas City and St. Louis “due to illness.” They announced the news on social media.
“Unfortunately, due to illness we are unable to make it to Kansas City and St. Louis,” the band wrote on X, confirming that refunds would be issued automatically to ticket holders who purchased through Ticketmaster. “We are so sorry and hope to see you next time,” they added.
Though they didn’t reveal was ill, signs show that it is none other than Tom DeLonge, who struggled during a show. He bowed out of playing One More Time (OMT) during their recent Milwaukee concert. It happened after the band played ‘Dammit’ and they even decided to scrap a song from the setlist.
Blink-182 is currently on a U.S. tour. The band hit the road in June with their “One More Time Tour. The trek is now set to continue on August 12 in Detroit at Little Caesars Arena. The group performed at Lollapalooza in Chicago recently and they will be heading on an overseas tour later this month.
Blink-182 are set to headline Reading & Leeds festival in the U.K. They have even uploaded clips of four new songs from the One More Time deluxe edition. Their newest album came out after several years of solo projects and multiple changes in the lineup. “Can’t Go Back” is a new song of the band which they have debuted live on their 2024 North American tour. Fans have pointed out that it is similar to Tom DeLonge’s band Angels & Airwaves’ ‘Good Day.’
