Knocked Loose add Danny Brown to 2024 headlining tour

Knocked Loose are in the midst of supporting Slipknot on their formidable Here Comes the Pain tour, where the nü-metal vets are only playing songs from their 1999 self-titled album in honor of its anniversary. Soon, the Kentucky hardcore crew will head out on their own headliner, and they just added rapper Danny Brown to five of the dates.

Ahead of the run, Knocked Loose shared an alluring one-take video for You Won’t Go Before You’re Supposed To cuts “Moss Covers All” and “Take Me Home.” Directed and edited by Eric Richter with bandleader Bryan Garris, the new visual is a sinister, two-part black-and-white visual filmed in the band’s hometown of Louisville that finds Garris among cult worshippers in the second act.

Speaking of its conception, Garris says, “I’ve had the idea for these two videos since before the album was announced. They didn’t make the cut as the original singles, but I knew eventually I wanted to bring this idea to life. I knew I wanted to do it with Eric Richter. A one-take/no cuts or edits video is something I’ve always wanted to do. A lot of moving parts and hard-working extras on and off camera to make this work. I’m so happy with it.”
