Meshuggah has just announced the Indelible Edition of their 2022 record Immutable due out on April 4. The new version is remastered for “sonic enhancement, redefining the album’s depth and clarity,” which seems odd considering the record just came out three years ago and sounds completely fine. But whatever – someone somewhere decided this thing needed a revamp, and here we are.
Alongside that announcement comes a music video for “Ligature Marks” directed by Anthony Dubois. The Indelible Edition of Immutable features three live tracks recorded in 2023 and 2024 – “Kaleidoscope”, “Ligature Marks”, and “God He Sees In Mirrors” – and is available for pre-order here.
Meshuggah will hit the road across North America this March and April with Cannibal Corpse and Carcass as support. The tour kicks off on March 28 at Videotron Centre in Quebec City, QC, and wraps on April 24 at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York, NY. Tickets are available here.
