Melodic metalcore outfit AVOID‘s brand new single “If It Hurts” was released out into the world today, January 24th. Vocalist Benny Scholl summed up the track, offering: “Honestly, I think the song was really healing for all of us. It’s about accepting the past, whether it be good or bad, and moving forward, and we couldn’t be more stoked with how it turned out.”
A new album from the outfit is currently in the works and will be arriving later this year via UNFD.
