Lamb Of God Recruit Fit For An Autopsy’s Joe Badolato

With Lamb Of God vocalist Randy Blythe still not cleared to rejoin the band on the road after testing positive for COVID-19 this past weekend, the groove metal titans have now lined up another replacement. Tonight’s show (April 22nd) in Green Bay, WI will see the group joined onstage by Joe Badolato, vocalist for New Jersey deathcore outfit Fit For An Autopsy.

Lamb Of God commented:

“Green Bay – unfortunately, Randy will not be able to perform but we WILL see you tonight! Our brother Joe Badolato from Fit For An Autopsy will be stepping in to handle vocal responsibilities this evening. We expect Randy to return to our show on Sunday in Sioux Falls.”

Lamb Of God were forced to cancel last night’s show in Fort Wayne, IN due to Blythe‘s COVID diagnosis. Earlier this week they recruited Chimaira vocalist Mark Hunter alongside current Lamb Of God tourmates Trivium‘s Matt Heafy and In FlamesAnders Fridén to fill-in for Blythe. Footage of that special show can be seen here.

In an update shared earlier this week, Blythe described his experience with COVID-19, you can read it here. The band’s tour with Megadeth, Trivium and In Flames continues as follows:
