Santa Barbara, CA nü-metal/punk/funk band Snot made their return to the stage tonight, January 17th, playing their first show with their newly unveiled vocalist, Andy Knapp. The latter musician also fronts fellow Santa Barbara-based band Stronger Than Machines.
Amid a lengthy search for a new vocalist to replace their highly charismatic late frontman Lynn Strait, Knapp was suggested to Snot guitarist Mikey Doling by a friend who caught Knapp‘s band live. His subsequent audition went on to blow the band away, ultimately landing him the spot.
For their first show back, the returning outfit hit the stage at the House Of Blues in Anaheim, CA. The band also chose to livestream that performance via their Instagram. They’ll next be back onstage again tomorrow in San Diego, CA with the following run of shows currently scheduled to follow:
01/18 San Diego, CA – Brick By Brick (feat. Adema & Sicksense)
