The Consort’s Set of armor is incredibly strong against magic and elemental attacks in Elden Ring, though it has poor physical defensive stats.
The Consort armor is a unique three-piece set in Elden Ring that has some fantastic overall defensive stats in terms of magic resistance and is extremely light in weight, though it severely lacks any resistance against physical attacks. While most armor sets consist of a helmet, chest piece, gauntlets, and greaves in Elden Ring, the Consort’s Set lacks a gauntlet piece. This allows players to equip the gauntlet armor of their choice to make up for the abysmal physical damage negation and extremely low poise stat.
Conversely, the Consort Set has magic, fire, lightning, and holy resistances in the mid-twenties, and its vitality and focus stats are even higher than the Bull-Goat armor set in Elden Ring with 137 and 147 values, respectively. It’s definitely one of the better armor sets to use against enemies who primarily elemental and magic damage, but players will want to steer clear of any physically strong opponents. There’s only one way to get the Consort’s Set of armor in Elden Ring, as the armor is worn by Lady Tanith up until the death of her and her Crucible Knight.

Before acquiring the Consort’s Set of armor, the Tarnished will need to defeat this Demigod Boss in the Volcano Manor Legacy Dungeon.
Where To Find The Consort’s Set In Elden Ring
Whenever players are ready to acquire the Consort’s Set, they’ll need to take a right down the corridor upon entering Volcano Manor and unlock the first door on the right. In the back-right corner of the room is an illusory wall that can be revealed by attacking it. There will be a long path and multiple enemies that players have to defeat in order to reach Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy, but there’s also an easier way of reaching him. After joining the Volcano Manor in Elden Ring and completing all three contacts for Lady Tanith, she’ll ask players if they want to see Rykard. Accepting the offer will teleport players direct to the outside of his mist gate.
After defeating the Demigod, leave and return to the Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy Site of Grace to find Tanith grieving over his corpse. A single attack will instantly kill Tanith, but her Crucible Knight will immediately be summoned. Defeat her Crucible Knight, and the Consort’s Set can be retrieved from her body alongside Rykard’s corpse.
