Armenian-American nü-metal outfit System Of A Down have been physically teasing an apparent upcoming show at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, CA. Signs, snipers, and light projections of the band’s logo have been showing up around the band’s Los Angeles hometown as of late, with a countdown timer on their official website systemofadown.com pointing towards an imminent reveal. Notably, some those promotional activities also include the logo/font styles of the aforementioned venue.
This will no doubt be welcome news for hometown fans of the band, as System Of A Down‘s last Los Angeles shows took place back in 2022 at the Banc Of California Stadium. Their last Californian show went down in San Francisco back in 2024. System Of A Down have already rolled out some dates for 2027, including a round of stops with returning alternative metal trailblazers Faith No More. Ahead of that, they’re set to close out the first-ever ‘Sick New World‘ to be held in Fort Worth, TX next weekend.
