An official music video has now landed online for Machine Gun Kelly‘s collaborative track “Maybe“. That song finds Kelly teamed with frequent contributor Travis Barker (Blink-182) and Bring Me The Horizon vocalist Oli Sykes. The track appears on Kelly‘s newly released album “Mainstream Sellout“.

In other news, a recent interview with Machine Gun Kelly finds him discussing the impact he feels his high-profile shift from rap to pop-punk has had on the rock scene as a whole, telling Billboard.com of that:

“It opened the lane back up for people to make money. It opened up these festivals. [Rock] needed a defibrillator. Who cares who gives it, just as long as that motherfucker doesn’t die?”

In the same interview, MGK also spoke of those who call him a poseur for switching genres to pop-punk and questioning his allegiance to the genre, offering:

“I know it kills certain bands in that community that I got the success that I got. But I earned that shit. Dude, I was fucking loading up the van with our drums and amps in 2010, driving to Indiana and Chicago, playing Warped Tour. I can tell you the fucking Wi-Fi codes to venues in Blackfoot, Idaho. Can you say that shit as a band?”
